Summit Living Center is a 48 bed nursing home located in Okeene, Oklahoma, directly across the street from Okeene Memorial Hospital.

We are the only facility in northwest Oklahoma that cares for ventilator dependent patients. We offer Long Term Care, Skilled Care, and Specialty Care.
